What types of commercial roofing materials do you install?

We work with BUR, modified bitumen, metal, TPO, and more.

What types of gutters do you install?

All of our gutters are made of seamless metal, and custom cut to your specifications. We install K-style, box gutter, and half round systems.

How long will my roof replacement take?

Most roof replacements can be completed in under a week.

Do you make your own metal roofs?

We hand manufacture our metal roofing materials from ethically sourced materials.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes.

What certifications do you have?

We are both a Drexel Metals certified installer, and a TAMKO Titan Pro installer.

How long does a shingle roof last in Florida?

Most architectural shingles last 20–30 years, but in high-wind areas like the Treasure Coast, we recommend impact-rated shingles with proper attic ventilation to extend lifespan.

What’s the best brand of shingles?

We proudly install Owens Corning™ shingles — manufactured in the USA and engineered for Florida’s extreme weather. We also offer GAF and CertainTeed by request.

How many nails are used per shingle?

We follow Florida Building Code (HVHZ) standards and Owens Corning installation guidelines — that means 6 nails per shingle, always fastened on the SureNail® Strip.

Do you help with insurance claims?

Yes. We provide complete support, including storm damage assessments, photos, and documentation to support your insurance claim.

What signs of shingle roof damage should I look for?
